Digital Marketing Manager - Old Trestle Distillery

​

Based in Truckee California, at the heart of the Sierra Nevada mountains, Truckee Craft Ventures (TCV) creates and manages companies that deliver incredible epicurean experiences. Our management team has extensive backgrounds growing global companies and beverage brands and we are looking for a teammate with strong digital marketing chops, analytical skills, and business acumen. You will lead across our businesses to drive online sales tied to a structured digital marketing presence across owned, earned, and purchased media.

 

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the digital marketing presence across our business units with a focus on building audiences and driving sales.

  • Manage social across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter with a constant eye on evolving platforms for engagement.

  • Own and manage e-commerce sales on our platforms, and 3rd party sites (Drizzly, Bevv, Liquor.com, etc).

  • Develop and exceed monthly revenue targets with earned, organic and paid media. 

  • Determine a paid media strategy and implement with a target CAC/LTV model

  • Drive our business forward by being the digital content strategist and operator for core TCV businesses (5050 Brewing C0. Drunken Monkey Sushi and Old Trestle Distillery).

  • You have a passion about experiences in one of these areas: Craft Beer, Craft Spirits, Food, and Hospitality.

 

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 2+ years managing e-commerce platforms with proven sales metrics and success in building sales and audiences.

  • 2+ years managing social and/or other marketing channels including email, media buys, SEM, and SEO.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
