Based in Truckee California, at the heart of the Sierra Nevada mountains, FiftyFifty Brewing Company is looking for a Warehouse & Packaging Associcate to power the next phase of our growth. FiftyFifty Brewing was founded in 2007. We are on track to more than double in 2020, after more doubling in 2018 and 2019 and we are looking to continue this growth path for years to come. FiftyFifty currently sells and distributes in 25 states and 17 countries, and our Production team crafts award-winning beer from multiple facilities right here in Truckee. We are looking for a Warehouse & Packaging Associate to help with day to day manufacturing work including but not limited to packaging, building orders, managing inventory and pickups, general warehouse maneuvering and product transportation and more. We’re looking for someone who is driven to serve customers, hardworking and willing to do what it takes to get the job done with a fun, passionate team.  If this is you, come help us build a globally recognized beer brand out of Truckee, CA.

 

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Packaging assistance through moving packages, organizing materials, and building orders

  • Packaging work on canning and bottling lines

  • Transfer and kegging of beer from tanks

  • General brewery organization and cleaning

  • Comfortable and flexible in changing tasks ‘on a dime’ while on shift - we’re a growing brewery and things move quickly.

  • You have a thirst for knowledge and are always looking to improve your skills

 

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 21 or older

  • Proven success in previous roles.

  • Experience in a warehouse work environment

  • Experience in the distilling, brewing, and related fields is a plus but not required

  • Ability to:

    • Work around heavy equipment/machinery

    • Lift up to 55 lbs and push up to 165 lbs

    • Follow SOP protocols.

    • Bend, lift, reach, and stand on your feet for 8-10 hours
