We started over a decade ago with FiftyFifty Brewing, and continue to expand in the Truckee/Tahoe region businesses that deliver local and global experiences. At the root of it all, these epicurean experiences are inspirational, and add value to the world.

Success is a team effort that we and our portfolio companies work at every day. In the kitchen, at the production facility or in the office, we continue to invest in the right teams, with the right mentality to build. It's never easy, but it should be fun.

Ideas are free but execution is costly. We need both but we believe great business are about constant excellence in execution across all roles. Excellence to us is a mentality, not a checklist and it means we're always improving.
OUR TEAM
CEO/CXO ALICIA BARR
Alicia Barr, CEO and CXO of Truckee Craft Ventures, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at CSU Chico, and later a Master’s Degree at Stanford University. Prior to TCV, Alicia’s technical expertise lay in product design, structural analysis, and global supply chain management for Hewlett Packard. Today, Alicia is focused on company culture, marketing, customer relations, and research and development (and she still occasionally gets to play in the brewery).
CSO/COO ANDY BARR
Andy Barr, CSO and COO of Truckee Craft Ventures, holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Digital Design / Computer Architecture. His previous life was targeted towards electro magnetics, electrical signal integrity, intellectual property development and product design and product verification standards at Hewlett Packard. Today, Andy’s role as CSO/COO includes expansion strategy, operational oversight, distribution, and the occasional barrel-tasting.
