Pivoting Towards the Future

Happy Spring Everyone! We hope everyone is getting a chance to enjoy the sunny weather, dining inside again, and a gradual sense that things are finally starting to head towards normal.

The last year has been about survival, pure and simple. The business, and every single one of you that make up our TCV family, have had to pivot and reinvent on a constant basis. Both personally and as an employee. We are incredibly grateful for all that every one of you has done, and how that has enabled not only our survival, but our success as a business.

Now it’s time to pivot again.

We are excited to start lifting our eyes to the horizon again and thinking about the bigger picture. It’s time to start reconnecting with each other, talking about the future, what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can each continue to grow and improve together.

Andy and I are very passionate about our Open Door policy. Any time that any employee has an idea, a concern, or just wants to talk – we are available. Email us, call us, or simply grab us when you see us around. With the vaccine rollout, and our daughter back in school full-time, we plan on being physically on-site much more often. We may reach out to some of you directly, but we absolutely welcome anyone to reach out, anytime.

Finally, to further the spirit of reconnecting and looking forward, we will be closing down both restaurants for a day towards the end of April for an all-hands TCV staff party! We’ll be outside on the patios at The Rock, and food and beverage will be provided. We sincerely hope that everyone can make it, and we’re looking forward to celebrating and reconnecting with you all.

Cheers!

-Alicia & Andy
